A new request from Seghast;

"Sen’s hair is a light blonde, a shade lighter than Fay’s, and were it allowed to hang loose, would be slightly past his shoulders, but he keeps it in a neat ponytail to prevent it from getting in his eyes when fighting. His eyes are bright green, and his facial markings are on the right side of his face (as opposed to Fay’s being on the left); his are a pair of parallel diagonal stripes that only extend halfway across his cheek, with the upper one originating from his ear and going downward and the lower one starting from his jaw and going up. As far as his height, he’s fairly tall; by comparison, Fay is barely as tall as his shoulder. He wears light robes, white or slightly off-white, trimmed in green. His hands are clawed (Fay, in our AU, kept her claws filed down so as to not be able to use them as a weapon). He’s very fit and the way he carries himself tends to intimidate most people.

Unlike his beloved Fay, he has zero problems with fighting and violence. He wears a light, blaster-resistant armor to provide some protection without hindering his mobility, very Eastern/Samurai-inspired, colored silver or white with the same trim as his robes, though he only wears pieces covering are the shoulders, bracers, chest, and legs, and aside from a few scratches and dings that simply won‘t come out, he keeps it meticulously clean. His weapon of choice is generally his razor-sharp claws, though he carries a Beskar sword similar (but not exact) to http://thedarkblade.com/wp-content/uploads/mithrodin-sword-of-the-ancien... in design.

Fay had sought special permission from the Jedi Council for the two of them to be together, seeing as they came from a dying species (we find some inconsistencies with the assumptions that Fay was a Sephi, so we’re disregarding that and going with a homebrew species that‘s extremely endangered), and was prepared to leave the Order if she was refused. While the council deliberated the issue, Fay was sent on her final, fateful mission for the Jedi…

Sen lives as a space-faring nomad, roaming from city to city, planet to planet, and has always had troubling opening up to people and being friendly; most people find him to be an arrogant jerk with far too much pride for his own good. It was only with Fay that he was able to be normal and enjoy the simple things in life. Fay kept a small holo-projector filled with images of the two of them for the times when they were apart, and Sen always told her that it was a “silly and pointless” since they would always be reunited soon anyway.

As she left for her last mission for the Council, Fay entrusted the holo-projector to Sen, and now the “silly and pointless” device is his most treasured possession, as it is all he has left of his precious Fay.

I’m looking for an image that would have been contained in the holo, possibly a candid shot of the two of them somewhere, depicting the man he was prior to losing her, and the special bond they shared. He may or may not be in his armor depending on the locale/occasion, but his blade is nearly always at his hip (it’s a family heirloom and he’s reluctant to go anywhere without it)."

So! A new Request from Razor;

"Tall and powerfully built, Rynce Winterstar is a handsome young man. His long hair, black as the vacuum of space, is usually worn down to his shoulders or in a tight ponytail, and his handsome features seem hewn out of some bronze-coloured stone, his skin young and vibrant- the boy can hardly be more than eighteen, if that. His eyes sparkle with a piercing intensity, a blue so dark it's almost black, and his eyebrows are thick and brooding. (He's supposed to look kind of like Antonio Banderas's character from Desperado: http://content8.flixster.com/photo/72/04/46/7204466_gal.jpg, http://www.novinite.com/media/images/2007-09/85778.jpg)

He wears a dark brown high-collared shirt, worn tight across the shoulders and his broad chest (and the collar has some golden embroidery on it, geometric shapes- or whatever your artistic muse dictates), and tight-fitting brown pants beneath it- it sort of looks like one garment, just seperated by a white sash (that fits under his robes.) His sleeves are spacious, allowing a lot of freedom of movment, and his fingers are studded with various rings. His robes are a contrast: they're white, spotless, even if they don't quite reach his arms. They're more strips then robes, though they do have a hood, and they do work some with his shoulders... use this as a reference image (http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/0/0d/Jediadventurerobe...)... it kind of gets across what i'm saying, just that the belt goes under the robes, and the robes are a little bit larger below the wast. I'll trust your image-sense on it, including whether or not to put the hood up. His boots are also very nice: they're almost knee-high, and there's some golden tooling on them as well. I'd like his lightsaber to be visible, and- if you want it ignited- it's a bright blue, just like obi-wan and anakin's from Return of the sith."

Hey all, I decided to take a look through some old work and redo some of them. I found my original scan of my force campaign character, Amira Kihara and decided to take her digital. Orinally she was just a quick sketch rendered in ballpoint and marker, and while I wanted to redo her with justice the thought of redrawing her onto watercolor paper seemed daunting. Yes, I am lazy =p

So I decided to move her into photshop. Currently I am on 10 layers right now and plan on many more before this is done. The background is going to be black and she is going to be emerging from out of the shadows. I haven't redrawn her hands yet because I wasn't happy with the anatomy of them in the early sketch. Mind you guys, I normally draw the completed figure before rendering, but since this is for me I decided to indulge another secret bad habbit of mine and just go with the flow.

Stay tuned for the final image soon. I might even put it up in our anual Spring Holiday show at school and see whaat kind of a price she can bring in.

Jedi Knight Arik Vandar. He is about 30 years old. Dark, brown hair, Mostly unkept. He's a nice guy, but a bit of a troublemaker. He would have that, "I'm up to something" grin on his face. He wears a standard Jedi Robe, although it is a bit dirty and worn due to the fact that He's a bit of a slob. He wields a green saber.

Hope everyone's having a great holiday!

It's been snowing a lot out here in Chicago and is too cold to go outside but it looks pretty even if it means a whole afternoon of shoveling.

Anyways, decided to do some digital work. I promised myself that I would keep up digital along with traditional medias and am happy with the work I am able to churn out. There are two images below. The first one Herr Drosselmeyers' Doll is based off the song by Abney Park. I did it in ball point pen (<----bad habbit) and laid in some watercolor washes in minimal areas though all of the background with some exception is watercolor. I then finished it up in photoshop.

The second one I did was an idea for Medusa. I have to admit I didn't push the snakes too much but I plan to redo it in watercolor so...meh. It's 100% digital media.

I'm also finishing up a character concept for my buddy, which is all digital. I'll see about posting that one later.

Unaware of what transpires elswhere on the Deathstar. Johr, begins cutting power cables to the turbo lifts so no re-enforcements can arrive down the hall. His mission is to shut down the defence grid and the turbo-lasers on this sector.

This is a request from Purcell.

An interesting sort of story, since I was originally asked to complete this particular request by a guy calling himself Xiahou. It was only after I had accepted the request that I found out that this character had been stolen word for word from the Wiki site Purcell had created!!

The character has been changed a bit now and the impostor Xiahou has taken off to a chorus of jeers. So here I am completing the request, after some time on hold in my ever-growing list, for Purcell.
