Request from LC - This is gonna be epic!!

5 characters;
LC and Joss in the middle (sketch up)
Asil and Eliza to the left
Nath to the right

Just getting the sketches done first.
Then I will try and put them together into one picture.
Background, etc.

Bear with me - this may take a while!

true that, it is epic!

Okay, I've got the other characters done. If, admittedly, back to front in the line-up...
Anyway, I've also put the whole lot together into one picture - but I can't load it to SWAG for some reason!!
So I'm gonna go to bed (as it's one in the morning now and I am too tired to try to understand this now). Will try again in the morning.

Mercy

Okay, I've had a go at getting it a bit more like requested - Asil and Eliza on the left, Nath on the right. But I got to say, I think I like the first group shot better...

Rozali

uuummmm agreed, tricky to say
but it looks great no kidding, and the bunny is awesome

Simply Fantastic, Absolutely Wonderful, Dynamically Glorious....

A few words to use for how this is looking just so far... :)

I. J. Thompson

That is amazing!

And I agree, the first arrangement has a better flow. :)

Trisskar

Awwww what a cute little friend the girl has!!

Love the picture! And yes, I agree...the first set up arranges better ^_^

Lord Crumb

It looks great and the dark background only enhances the characters because their expressions do not indicate any evil. They are a good family and the effects are kewl. It was a holopicture taken at night resulting in the darker look.
I think you have nailed it. Thanks Mercy.

A small suggestion. Adding a little gray to Crumb's hair. Not heavy just a tad at the temples and light streaks in the mustache and hair.

Lisa said that you should lighten the color of Crumb's skin just a bit, he looks a tad Hispanic. lol. She loved the picture though. Tweak it a little and it should be done.

Yay! Glad you like, LC!
Can definitely add greyish 'wings' to his hair, and lighten his skin some. Sorry - the shadow has made him look very swarthy!

Will post again soon!

Okay, how's this?

I like to think of this picture as the Tarncrest family standing against the darkness.
Might just be me, though...

PS - let me know and I'll email through the larger jpg, k?

Mercy

Great!! So glad the rest of the family approve too!
I'll send you a better copy by email.

Triss - I totally think this one would work!

I. J. Thompson

Man, it's so much fun to watch these things take shape. I see your pencil sketches and I think, 'stop now, it can't get any better than this!', and then you do the colours, and I'm blown away. And then you do the shading and, well, you get my drift. :P

I'm not familiar with these characters, but when I look at their faces, I feel like I know them. Awesome. :)
