A request by Lord Crumb HERE.

Here's my take on the Scanner Chick. If it seems to be on the right track I'll do the other two!

Cheers,

This is great work Mercy! I love the Binary fading in the backround. It really adds a lot to the picture, and almost completely sums up what this girl does for a living. I also am really digging the uniform! It's very unique but still has the classic Clone/Storm trooper ring to it. Amazing!

Lord Crumb

I have to say she looks "MAJOR KEWL!". Thanks for taking it Mercy, I can not wait to see the rest of the group.

I thought I knew what you meant by "kiwi" for the one who played Jango Fett, so I looked him up to be sure and found out that he is from New Zealand plus soap opera tv star as well.

May the Force always flow through you and your brush,
-LC :-)

Mercy

Hey guys! Thanks for the thumbs up, I'll start work on the other two!

LC - yeah, I watched him once or twice on 'Shortland Street' back before he was really famous.
This is still the most memorable SS and Temuera Morrison moment in television as far as most Kiwis are concerned; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWExht836hk
"You're not in Guatemala now, Dr. Ropata." - how they did this with straight faces I'll never know!

BTW, 'Kiwi' is slang for New Zealander. It's after the weird looking flightless bird that is our National Icon. (Don't ask me why...)

Bwa.

Thankies! *worships* Yes yes YES. Totally kewl, yes Crumby (sorry, I like nicknames)!!

*basks in glow* Ahhh, I love you people! Seriously! And our little slicer chick here is FTW!!!!!! What's her name?? *drools in anticipation*

*looks at picture again and faints from awe*

Bwa.

Remembering my life, I am just noticing awesome things about the picture:

- Binary background––nice touch!
- Helmet/techie gear––not to much, feminine/cool, keeps with Crumby's description
- WHOLE COHESIVE THING–––––too cool for words

Also, it'll be interesting to see how she fits in with the group, what part she plays, etc etc. Personality? Etcetera? Yesss.

Mercy

Ha ha!!! Thanks, man!
Glad you like her so much...

I'm kinda interested to know what sort of character she's gonna turn out to be too!

Lord Crumb

Slicer: RC-001101 (aka "Harddrive"). She was activated in the second year of the Clone Wars along with her Fett clone sisters. Throughout their training only a full company of female Fett clones survived. However, "Harddrive" was killed-in-action in the months prior to the end of the Clone Wars while her squad was attempted to hacked General Grievous computer network on his flagship the "Invisible Hand". She and her squad were personally killed by General Grievous. RC-001101 (aka "Harddrive") was very resourceful in her slicing abilities and in combat as well.

Glad you like what Mercy had done Bwa. She is a very talented woman. I can't wait to see the rest of the group.

I hope her name and bio meet with your approvals.

Your humble servant,
-Lord Crumb :-)

Bwa.

Oh, she dies? THEY ALLL DIE?! *tears* Well, life can't be perfect!

Her character is awesome!! You're awesome!!! MERCY IS FTW!!!! Me neither, I can't waaiit...thanks Crumby!

Lord Crumb

Just "Harddrive" and her squad died. The other two female Fett clones (the Assassin and Commando) served in other squads and have different histories. So all is not *tears* for these female Jango's they may live or they may die.

-LC :-D

Bwa.

Oh...*a little happier*...well, I'm now rooting for the Commando!! Go Commando armor!!! Heh heh, thanks.

Mercy

LC, you totally rule! I love this bio, keep up the good work!

I'm working on the Assassin at the moment. She's clearer in my mind than the Commando, at the moment.

I'm afraid the only thing is that they're not very Jango Fett looking... They look a bit Maori, perhaps, but not very much like clones of him.

(hate to be a killjoy but I don't know about the whole 'Crumby' thing, Bwa. Lord Crumb already has a nickname - it's 'Lord Crumb'! Maybe that's just me...)

Lord Crumb

She is "TOTALLY KEWL" and I love the flower on her hip just above the dagger. It's okay if they do not match 100% but just think of them as siblings. They look similar and carry the family resemblance.

Getting ready to leave for work so I have the day to work on a BIO for the assassin. Her name is CC-8675309 "(A.K.A. Silencer) or Si Lencer as her everyday name".

-LC :D

Talo Slade

I love the latest pic Mercy!! Both the background and character are very elegant, but her eyes also make her seem dangerous. I seem to use the word "amazing" a lot with your work...why stop now! It's Amazing!

Lord Crumb

BIO: CC-8675309 or "Si "PAUSE" Lencer" is perhaps the most deadly assassin in the galaxy during the Clone Wars. She was responsible for the deaths of many CIS generals and polictical leaders but for some reason she could never get near the Leaders of the CIS. She did have a run in with Asajj Ventress. The fight was a draw with "Si" coming away with a nice scar on her left shoulder blade. Her favorite weapon of choice was her dagger that she wore on her right thigh. When Order 66 came, "Si" disregarded it and abandoned her current assignment to go underground. She has lived a life of an assassin and bounty hunter but something happened that "Si" did not foresee. She fell in love. "Si" settled down with a tramp freighter captain and had four children. All of them would later go on to serve in the Rebel Alliance. "Si's" current whereabouts are unknown. It is presumed that she is traveling with her husband.

As for my online name it comes from my real nickname of "Crumb". This is what my friends call me. My dad's nickname growing up was "Cookie" and my friend "Pudge" served in the National Guard under my dad and when he meet me, he said "You're Cookie's boy. You're just a Cookie Crumb...Crumb that's your new name" and it has been Crumb ever since. So when I registered on SWAG, I thought of "Lord Vaders" name from the movies and decided on "Lord Crumb" *Mechanical breathing*. So here I am.

-LC :-D

Bwa.

HEH! what noww Mercy? CRUMB=CRUMBY! I mean, you DID have a point, but still

Ah-hem. The assassin's bio is definetly my favorite yet, LC, and I'm glad she lives...and with the whole Asajj thing. Verry cool.

Mercy: The picture is AWESOME! I espesh like her hair...and that gnarly/elegant dagger.

Mercy

That is such a cool story behind the name!
Sorry, I didn't mean to rock the boat with the whole nickname thing, I was just mentioning it is all...

Anyway, the Assassin Bio is wicked! I'll try and start the Commando pic soon. Will post when I've got something to show ya!

Glad everyone seems to like the picture so much!

Mercy

Commando Clone Chick sketch uploaded.

I thought an Imperial Commander would be a better choice than the Clone Commander, for two reasons - big bulky armor will not give me much opportunity to make her look any different than any other picture of a Clone Commander, also, I've already used a form of the Clone Armor style on "Harddrive".
Let me know what you think, k?

~ Mercy

Bwa.

ooh, definetly. Commando/Imperial Officer = "I MEAN BUSINESS." she's awesome.

sorry for obsessing about the whole nickname thing, s'all good. ftw. LOL.

and i can't wait for the C/IO bio!! *salivates*

Lord Crumb

I have a BIO in mind for CC/IO. I should post later this afternoon after work. I hope it will blow you away. Thanks so much for bringing these females clones to realization, Mercy. You are great. As I have said before, "Let the Force flow through you and your brush."

-LC :-)

Mercy

Thanks guys, so glad this is up to expectations LC - you know I love taking your requests!

Mercy

I've added the Bios to the pictures. See what you think and, if you reckon it works, I'll keep it in mind for the Commander Clone Chick.

Lord Crumb

It looks great, but what I really meant was posting their bios on the description under the pics when their loaded onto the site. In the area where your name, medium, and other info about the pic is displayed. While it makes the pics look cool it is a little hard to read in the shadow areas of the pic.
(EX: Feeorin Bounty Hunter
"Pic"
The requester info about
the character.
Author info. etc.)

Sorry for the miscommunication on my part but loved the fonts used.

Keep on drawing
-LC :-)

Mercy

Oh, I see!
Sorry, I had kinda liked the effect of the Bios being on the picture itself, but I can see your point. It'll be in the write-up below each picture anyway, and it is a little difficult to read. It would be easier in the larger, rendered resolution (rather than the 'pop-up' it's in now) but that's cool. I'll alter the Commando one I'm working on now and continue on!

Lord Crumb

Don't get me wrong I think it looks cool just a little difficult to read. Your work is absolutely excellent and since you are the artist I leave it up to you as to the final look. I know my input is important but as the artist you must go with your gut feelings about the art you create.

Your humble servant,
-LC :-D

A little suprised to not see a post from Bwa today.

Lord Crumb

On second thought go ahead and add the bio on the side then the one under in the description area but as I stated in the previous post I bow to your wisdom in these matters.

-LC :D

The font does look cool.

Mercy

Hey man, sorry, missed your posts now that the blog has run over to TWO PAGES! Yay!
The Commando Clone is looking good, but I'm working on her with no Bio area 'cause I think you're right - the bio will be on the page already and it might seem a bit weird if it's posted twice. However, I'm open to changes.
I'll post again when I have the colour done!

Lord Crumb

Yeah, continue on without the bio in the pic. I haven't said yet but the backgrounds for the characters are awesome.

-LC :-)

Lord Crumb

BIO: RC/O-33284 (A.KA. “Keres”). “Keres” was captain of the 241st Commando Squad and assigned to aide Jedi Knight Julius Von in guerilla raids on Separatist held planets. “Keres” and Julius did not hit it off and butted heads over every thing from tactics and procedures to the best place to pitch camp. During these arguments and success raids in the field the two began to have a begrudging respect for each other and after one raid was to close for comfort and needing an outlet for their pinned up frustration they turned toward each other and began a relationship they thought they were keeping secret from the rest of the squad. Boy, were they ever wrong.

“Keres” and Julius developed strong feelings for each other and spent much time together discussing the future. When “Keres” received Order 66 from Chancellor Palpatine she had her squad mates stand down. She approached Julius with the whole squad watching and kissed him passionately for what seemed an eternity. As they parted Julius, with a smile on his face, saw a single tear run down “Keres” cheek. In his moment of bewilderment she shot him with her blaster she was holding just millimeters away from his torso ending his life. “Keres” broke down afterwards with her “sisters” looking on but she pulled herself together and continued their mission. A short time later she discovered she was pregnant with Julius child. Knowing that the child would be able to touch the Force like Julius “Keres” went MIA before returning to Coruscant. She delivered her daughter on an Outer Rim world and gave her to a family that had taken her in and raised the child as their own. “Keres” would then return to her unit and claimed that she had been separated from them at the time of their extraction. She continued to serve the Empire until her defection to the Rebel Alliance and died prior to the Battle of Yavin. “Keres” would not see her daughter become a Jedi in the New Jedi Order under Luke Skywalker.

“Keres” is cool under fire and a brilliant tactician thinker who is worth her weight in credits and deadly in combat. She runs a tight unit and cares for her squad mates as the sisters they are to her. Also, “Keres” was not fond of wearing her armor and tended to wear her officer uniform when not in combat.

I know that this bio is a little long but I wanted to do “Keres” justice. I picked the name “Keres” from Greek Mythology and if you look at the key pad on your phone, you can figure out the reason I went with the numbers 33284 for her clone number. The name and number go hand-in-hand.

-LC :-)

Lord Crumb

She looks cool in color and the blotches scatchered around add a nice look of a life that is always changing.

-LC :-)

Mercy

Cheers, man! Glad you like!
If it's all good I'll start loading them to the Gallery, then!

Mercy

Actually...
I've tried dropping the names into the pictures - let me know which you prefer and I'll update the Gallery Submissions if necessary.

Lord Crumb

OW! I do like that you added their names on the pics. That is a lot better than added their bio's there. If I didn't know better I would say you were reading my mind from the other side of the planet. Okay, the idea of their names on the pic did not occur to me but it is a nice touch.

Have a great afternoon or morning or whatever it currently is in New Zealand. That International Date Line always messes me up when thinking of what time it is over there.

-LC :-)

Mercy

Neat-oh! Glad you like 'em and the Gallery Submissions have been updated accordingly.

Yeah, I have a lot of trouble with the date lines, especially since America is so big that you have more than one date line depending on where you are (and I suck at geography)! As of now it's, 20:30 ish, if that helps...

Bwa.

I'M SORRY CRUMBY!!!!!!! IT'S AWESOME!!!!!!! I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE COLOR SCHEME FOR THE C/IO!!!!!!!

Bwa.

AND, I liked the bio for Keres too. It maked me thhink...what was her daughter's life like?? <3<3<3
