A few days ago I was looking through the requests and stuff and I saw 'Xiahou Dan - The Wanderer' THIS IS MY CHARACTER!
Some guy had actually gone onto my SWTOR wiki page http://evil-wizards.org/swtor-wiki/index.php/Xiahou_Dan
and basically copied and pasted my characters details and I don't just mean a few ideas, his height, weight, age and even his name and abilites!
Now I know everyone has heard of people taking art and claiming it as thier own but actual characters? Is it just me or is this a new low?
The request has been deleted now but I think everyone should start been alittle more careful, specially folks in active RP's poeple might be getting jealous of your indepth characters!
If anyone has anything to add of thisplease feel free.

I'm personally offended by this guy cause he actually contacted me via PM and asked me to take this request for him. Even sent links to the same picture references on Purcell's wiki!
He told me that he would be using 'his' character on the TOR Role Playing site, and in the main game when it was launched.
What sort of idiot steals someone's character and then expects to get away with it?!

I actually went back and put the intellectual property tag in the description of my request, because those two paragraphs are pretty much straight out of my hopefully-it-will-get-published-eventually novel.
Purcell, people who are involved in intellectual property theft are the lowest of the low and should be hurt in new and creative ways. I'm sorry this happened to you.
