Meelan Lah
This is a finished request for ErikModi.
Meelan Lah is his original Yuuzhan Vong character, a shamed one who's body has rejected all implants and scars/tattoo's as with most shamed ones, but unlike them, her body has healed to it's natural state - how a Yuuzhan Vong would be without modification or body adornment.
I like what you've done here, but I think it's only fair I point out that I finished the request for this character some time ago...

Thanks, I really like what you did with yours actually - though this is actually a request I did back sometime last year, I just hadn't been able to post here due to a lost password. ErikModi found me through deviantart rather than here I believe. It's interesting to see another version though I have to agree. I wasn't aware that only one artist could answer a request? ;)

I guess he didn't update the request as taken, and if you didn't have your password you wouldn't be able to do so either. So I didn't know, when I took the request back in August '08, that it was no longer available!
I don't think there's any rule that says the request can't be done by more than one artist - Asok and I have collaborated on a piece and turned out different results, and I've seen this sort of thing happen more than once, especially when the requests don't get moved from the boards in time. I think ErikModi is just one lucky lad, if only he knew it!
