I'm not going to nitpick over what a SW humanoid species should or shouldn't have for anatomical features / details per gender. Its entirely up to the artist's preference.

Thanks for the compliment! Actually, it just seemed appropriate to me that an amphibian wouldn't be swaddled in heavy cloth? I intended her pants to look like neoprene or some such.
You know... I actually think about things like that too? At the risk of sound exploitative, in making images you've gotta pay some attention to your anticipated audience, knowing what will get their attention, and what will KEEP there attention. So, if the jiggly-puffs get folk looking, I'll use 'em :)
