Nia Shul
This is quite an old piece now, a portrait of one of my many RP characters, this one being another Yuuzhan Vong. Her name is Nia Shul (as titled) and she is a fairly low ranking intendant. Like most of her caste she's as underhanded and generally sneaky as they come, always prone to backstabbing tendancies and stepping on as many toes as she can if it means she'll achieve her goals. This often leads to many missteps and unfortunate happenings, but somehow she always seems to scrape through. Her luck will run out sometime I am sure ;)
I find it funny that many people didn't like the NJO series, yet there are some who not only don't mind the NJO series (I'm one of them), but also play Yuuzhan Vong.
The closest I've come to using the Vong is months if not years after the Yuuzhan Vong war, so I can use them as semi-good guys. Still distrusted and somewhat disliked by much of the galaxy, but good guys none-the-less. ^_^

Oh I have always been a huge fan of the Yuuzhan Vong, they were completely different and extremely interesting with it, I now play Yuuzhan Vong in RP more often than not - they became my number one Star Wars species pretty quickly.
Sadly not many people like them, or the NJO, but I always did like being in the minority, never let that discourage you ;)
I run an RP set during the NJO at www.embracethepain.proboards79.com if you felt like taking a look, but I do also have a few Yuuzhie characters over at one set post NJO -it seems strange to me to play them as the semi good guys hehe.
And thanks, I know the song haha, though the name has less to do with me exactly, and more to do with a play on words :)
