This is a profile picture for a character I created for a few RP sites I go to, no special attributes for this one, she is your every day yuuzhan vong warrior, just pictured here with more ceremonial, than practical, armour.
I like character drawings with "no special attributes" as you put it. They're so useful for everyone. If you want a Yuuzhan Vong, just an ordinary-- but well drawn-- example of the species for your game, look no further than Blue_But_Beautiful's gallery!
Spanks, ErikModi. Good point. I just remember that the tsaisi was described as a "baton of rank". Hence, I thought is was... well, you know... baton-ish? :)
Not that I'm complaining. The glowing things at the ends of the stalks remind me of scary deep-sea creatures, which is a definite coolness factor.
This is indeed a Tsaisi, or rather how I used to sketch/paint them, and they are baton's of rank :)
They were used by high ranking warriors however, usually commander upwards, commander being the rank this character used to hold, before a rather unfortunately botched plan during a mission!

Sorry, got a little carried away there. :) This picture establishes that scarrings and tattoos does not an unattractive Vong make. And I like that.
Just gotta ask... that doesn't look like a standard-issue amphistaff. Any particular capabilities I should be aware of?

Probably a tsaisi. Smaller amphistaff, used by non-Warriors for self-defense.
